While traveling, we've found that often we have
a need for certain items that we either forgot to bring with us, or
were unable to bring with us. We've found ourselves scrambling around
to find what we need.
By opening Away We Go!, Inc., we hope to meet the needs
of our vacationing visitors in Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel &
Captiva Islands, Bonita Springs, Coral Coral,
Naples, & the Fort Myers area by
providing a one stop place to rent all the things you may want while your
are away from home.
As a new company, all of our items are also new, and we
take great care in maintaining and cleaning them. Below are some
frequently asked questions.
How far in advance do we need to reserve our
equipment?
We request that you reserve your equipment when you
finalize your vacation travel plans, as we may run out of popular
items. When time is short, please give us at least 24 hours
notice. Please note that there is a three day
minimum rental on all items, except cribs, which we charge a weekly rate,
even if rental is less than a 5 days. January through April are our
busiest times, so make your reservations far in advance.
Is baby equipment cleaned after each use?
Of course!! The cleaning process is very important
to us. We clean and sanitize all baby equipment.
Do you require a deposit, and what is your
cancellation policy?
We take full payment at the time of the reservation. We
also require a valid credit card number as a security deposit, but nothing
will be charged unless there is a problem. You may pay by either cash
or charge. If a credit card is not available, we may ask for a cash
deposit. There is a $15.00 cancellation fee on all reservations when
cancelled in advance of 24 hours. If cancelled within less than 24
hours, 50% of the rental fee will be refunded. In the rare case that
the items have already been delivered, there will be no refunds. Consider all
delivery times to be 9:00am on the date of delivery.
When must my rental items be ready for pick-up?
All equipment must be ready to go by 9am the day of
departure.
Do you have a delivery fee?
Delivery is free in most cases, but certain areas have a
fee due to tolls and rising gas
prices.
